The TPO, NYC! (Take the Pressure Off, NYC!) Hypertension Community Champions forum provides a space for community-facing staff and local leaders to have engaging and honest discussions about hypertension. Hypertension Community Champions are actively involved within New York City communities and may work across community-based organizations, faith-based groups and older adult centers. They convene on a quarterly basis to learn more about hypertension-related topics, share valuable resources and discuss the challenges facing communities most impacted by hypertension.
