Beekeeper Registration Form

If you keep bees in New York City, you must register them with the NYC Department of Health. All hives must be re-registered annually by May 31. If you have any questions or concerns about this form or the requirements, please send an email to beekeeping@health.nyc.gov.
 
You will need to provide the block and lot number in this registration. You can find your block and lot online at NYC Building Information System
 
Complete and submit a separate form for each hive. If you have additional hives in different locations, please complete and submit one form for each hive (hive location).
